Werk it! uses dumbbells to shape, tone, and strengthen your entire body. Focusing on light weight and high reps, this class will help you achieve strength, toning, and conditioning. Monday's your workout is followed by a 15 minute CORE workout aimed at strengthening and toning your core. Amy leads the class teaching you all the movements. Incorporates dumbbells and kettlebells to give you a full body workout to burn calories, shape, and tone your whole body.
